Your Documentation Needs
A valid passport is your best identification.
Without a Passport you'll need a Birth Certificate along with a picture identification, and/or alien registration card.
Military personnel should remember to always carry their Military Identification Card.
Your Drivers License will not be accepted by either the United States Virgin Islands Immigration Department or the British Virgin Islands Immigration Department
Currency
Both St. Thomas and Tortola trade in US currency
